Construction Coordinator – Kiryat Gat, Israel

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of high-tech manufacturing construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The CC shall share responsibilities for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety

Essential Functions:
Attend weekly team meetings and toolbox meetings
Develop documented project plans for each tool or system
Use task lists to improve coordination between trades per need and track on time trade mobilization on new projects
Develop daily detailed work plans for each tool/area/system together with trade foreman.
Coordinate resolution of field issues involve experts per need.
Adherence to the Change Orders Process, collecting data, validating scope and supporting invoicing process
Lead risk assessment process and ensure that contractors/subcontractors are fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work
Identify contractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
Ensure contractors have corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
Walk all areas on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
Issue notices of non-compliance to contractors in regard to quality of work or scheduling.
Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
8 years of Project Management or supervision of Construction experience in a high-tech manufacturing facility.
Project management or supervision on several electrical / mechanical /Process architectural or MI projects at the same time
Proven experience of managing tasks or employees/contractors
Excellent English (Spoken & Written)
Strong attention to detail, precision in execution and documentation and problem solving
