We are seeking a motivated and experienced Forex Retention Trainer to join our dynamic team.

As a Forex Retention Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success and

satisfaction of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design and conduct training

programs aimed at enhancing the retention skills of our Forex customer support and account

management teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on Forex retentionstrategies for customer support and account management teams.

Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactiveactivities, to effectively communicate retention techniques and best practices.

Conduct training sessions through various mediums, such as workshops, webinars, andone-on-one coaching, ensuring that team members are well-equipped with the necessaryskills.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments toincorporate relevant information into training programs.

Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback, assess training effectiveness,and continuously improve the retention training curriculum.

Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, helping them apply learnedstrategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention,identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted training interventions.

Work closely with management to identify specic needs within the Forex retentionfunction and tailor training programs accordingly.

Qualications:

Proven experience in Forex trading and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Previous experience in a training or coaching role, preferably within the Forex or nancial

industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex

concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
