Job Description

Manage daily objectives, priorities, risks and performance of the team

Maintain communication between the team and the “outer world,” giving them context and understanding of the bigger picture

Lead by example, handling user bug reports with creative problem-solving

Provide technical guidance, career development and mentoring to team members

Set expectations of team performance based on feedback and transparency, while achieving their collective and individual goals

Maintain high morale and motivate team members to go above and beyond

Influence the way we support our users and suggest improvements in order to make sure our users’ experience is the best

Qualifications

Natural leader who easily connects with others and enjoys guiding and teaching, as well as working independently

A talented, tech-savvy individual with a deep passion for troubleshooting

Familiarity with web development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS) and client-server architecture (API/HTTP)

Effective communicator that expresses ideas and visions clearly and appropriately

We are Wix’s Production QA Team in Customer Care! Our role is to be the bridge between our users and developers. We are a group of driven, creative people who work together to remove barriers for Wix users when they build their sites, so they can have the best experience. We do this by keeping a cross-company perspective, asking tough questions and making creative decisions, all while maintaining a deep knowledge of the product and effectively using troubleshooting techniques and tools.
