We are looking for a Collaboration Tools Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and managing Jira Cloud and other project management tools to support our agile development processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train and support team members effectively.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
4+ Proven years of experience in Jira Cloud administration and customization.
English proficiency (both spoken and written).
Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
Proficiency in integrating Jira Cloud with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Opsgenie).
Expert-level skills with Jira Cloud REST API for custom integrations.
Advanced scripting knowledge for Jira automation.
Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugins (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).
Experience with creating and managing custom fields, workflows, and permission schemes.
Proficiency in setting up and managing advanced Jira features like Portfolio for Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Jira Service Management.
Cloud-Specific Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Jira Cloud architecture and multi-tenant environment.
Expertise in managing user and group permissions in a cloud environment.
Integration and Automation:
Experience with integrating Jira Cloud with CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
Ability to design and implement automation rules using Jira Cloud Automation.
Knowledge of integrating Jira Cloud with external systems and services via REST API and webhooks.
Data Security and Management:
Understanding of data security best practices in a cloud environment.
Experience with backup and recovery processes for Jira Cloud.
Ability to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Responsibilities:

Setup and Customization:
Configure project management software (e.g., Jira Cloud) to meet the unique needs of the gaming startup.
Customize workflows, fields, screens, and permissions to align with project requirements.
Integrate project management tools with other software used within the company (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Opsgenie).
Project Management Support:
Implement agile methodologies and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Training and Support:
Train team members on how to effectively use project management tools.
Create documentation and provide user guides.
Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and answer questions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Set up dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
