Director of Product - AI B2C

As a Director of Product, collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer, leading a small team of product managers based in Israel while also directing a technical development team and the launch of new product features. - Providing guidance and support to a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Collaborating with the CPO to devise and execute a robust product strategy in line with our company's vision. Directing a Product Oriented Development team, overseeing the translation of business goals into actionable development tasks. Conducting thorough market analysis and user research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. 7+ experience as a Product Manager 3+ years of managerial experience Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering Experience with B2C products (Bonus: consumer electronics) Experience working in startup environments and with subscription products Strong communication skills in English Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales & customer success teams Additional experience with cross-functional teams, SaaS, or hardware products would be advantageous
