SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) Functional Consultant

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team and is looking for an SAP Core HR (Employee Central) Functional Consultant.

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, learning management systems, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

This is a client-facing role, open to candidates living in Israel for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, develop and configure SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) module for a range of our customers’ projects
Collaborate with internal lead consultants and with customers’ stakeholders to analyze and validate functional requirements
Design functional business processes and workflows using AKT’s methodologies
Communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Participate in user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues in order to offer solutions and continuous enhancements
Take ownership of the deliverables, and work closely with the technical team to ensure the deliverables are being built to specifications

Job Requirements:

Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements
Extensive experience in HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT)
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) – a huge advantage
Professional presentation and communication skills
Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes
Experience working in global companies - an advantage
Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral)
