We're looking for a Head of Software Testing to join our team in Netanya!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee software testing teams and activities

Define and maintain testing strategy, methodologies, and quality standards

Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

Promote automation, efficiency, and best practices across testing processes

Mentor testing staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

6–8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role- Must

Strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and lifecycle management- Must

Excellent understanding of Agile practices-Must

Fluent in English – spoken and written-Must

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field- Advantage

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, Robot Framework, JUnit, etc. - Advantage

Familiarity with testing embedded systems, web platforms, and/or cloud environments - Advantage
