Leading technical aspects of Electronic Warfare system design, integration, and delivery
Managing client's requirements and translating them into system requirements
Fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams
Managing subcontractors
Monitoring project progress and scheduling
Hands-On Integration of hardware system components and software/firmware versions
Leading Quality Assurance topics
Maintaining project documentation (Specification, Design Document, Interface Control Documents, etc.)
Managing client relationships for seamless project execution
Personal accountability for major system milestones
דרישות המשרה
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical leadership experience in multidisciplinary systems
At least 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary systems integration and delivery
Generalizing multidisciplinary system aspects for a minimum of 5 years
Bachelor's degree in engineering is required
Master's degree is an advantage
Strong client management capabilities
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to travel for client integration support
