We’re seeking a Sales Representative to manage the full sales process — from engaging with warm leads and building strong relationships, through needs assessment and product presentation, to closing deals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional, target-driven, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to customers while consistently achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing or field sales with a strong track record of revenue growth in a structured commission-based environment.
Previous sales or customer service call center experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Experience in sales of investment products in the capital markets, finance, or real estate industry – an advantage

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-driven approach.
Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and high-level English.
