Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital project management and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a maternity leave replacement with the potential for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage digital projects, including websites and mobile applications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project requirements.
Assign tasks and coordinate with designers and developers to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency setting.
Strong understanding of website and app development processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, or a related field is a plus.
