TechOps specialist

Join our acclaimed TechOps team! We are looking for a TechOps specialist for a full-time position. In this role, you will focus on maximizing the availability, reliability, and performance of the bank’s most critical systems with 24x7x365 coverage. As a member of the production department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the environment and collaborating with R&D, product, QA, and delivery teams.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in managing incidents under pressure with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
At least 1 year of experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and controlling a production environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork
Clear, effective written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of all production systems, services, and infrastructure, proactively ensuring the reliability and availability of the environment.
Manage all production incidents from initial detection to final resolution, including root cause analysis.
Work closely with R&D, QA, and other operational and development teams to ensure effective management and prioritization of incidents.
Help expand the observability of production systems to improve their reliability.
Utilize a forward-thinking approach to identify and address recurring issues with sustainable solutions.
Contribute to our knowledge base by writing technical and business articles.

Advantages:
