Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Product Manager to join our Wix Internal Information Systems group. As a Product Manager, you’ll be leading the Wix Life product, which is the one stop shop for all employee experience information and actions.

Take full responsibility and ownership over the product, all the way from inception to production.

Conduct product research based on stakeholders' requests, data, competitor analysis and any other areas that offer valuable insights

Work closely with development teams to implement the product

Work in a multidisciplinary team including developers, designers, writers, business analysts and other stakeholders

Play an important role in building the product roadmap and strategy

Qualifications

3+ years of experience building SaaS, web or mobile products, working cross-functionally with other product managers

Independent learner with the ability to lead a project from start to finish

Great visual attitude and analytical skills: Fluent in defining workflows, sketching wireframes and analyzing user needs, intents and business cases

Excellent communication skills, in both Hebrew and English

Ability to tackle complex challenges, putting emphasis on delivering top-notch solutions

Cross-organizational collaboration skills, with experience working on an Internal Information Systems team, or familiarity with growth-related platforms – an advantage
