Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our server-side development team. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain backend systems that power our robotic and logistics platforms. This is a great opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career developer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain backend components in Java, Python and Kotlin
Develop APIs and services to support robotic systems and cloud-based applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with team members on code reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving
Work with SQL databases for data modeling, queries, and optimizations
Participate in testing, debugging, and improving software quality
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering from University.
At least four years of experience in backend programing/server side.
Solid programming skills in OOP language, for example Kotlin programming experience is equivalent to Java experience
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Nice to Have
Experience with academic or personal projects in backend/server-side development
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or REST APIs
Exposure to distributed systems or robotics-related projects
