In this critical role, you will oversee a team of project managers responsible for all customer-facing projects worldwide- across APAC, EMEA, Israel, and the USA, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company objectives. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong background in project management within a customer-focused environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and senior management.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor global project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvementDrive consistent delivery standards and team excellenceProject ManagementManage core and integration projects from planning to deliveryOversee technical aspects and stakeholder coordinationProject OversightEnsure timely project delivery within scope and quality standardsIdentify and mitigate risks to maintain customer satisfactionStrategic OperationsCollaborate with R&D, Operations, and Deployment teamsDevelop PMO processes and tools to enhance efficiencyAlign PMO objectives with company visionQualifications:Proven experience managing a team of project managers in a customer-focused environment in the telecommunications sector.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Proven knowledge in managing projects in the telecommunications domain, including core network implementation and billing implementation.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.Why Join floLIVE?At floLIVE, we pride ourselves on fostering innovation and empowering businesses with cutting-edge solutions.
