Head of Global Project Management

Position Overview:
floLIVE is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to head our Project Management Organization (PMO). In this critical role, you will oversee a team of project managers responsible for all customer-facing projects worldwide- across APAC, EMEA, Israel, and the USA, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company objectives. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong background in project management within a customer-focused environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor global project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Drive consistent delivery standards and team excellence

Project Management

Manage core and integration projects from planning to delivery
Oversee technical aspects and stakeholder coordination

Project Oversight

Ensure timely project delivery within scope and quality standards
Identify and mitigate risks to maintain customer satisfaction

Strategic Operations

Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Deployment teams
Develop PMO processes and tools to enhance efficiency
Align PMO objectives with company vision

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a team of project managers in a customer-focused environment in the telecommunications sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proven knowledge in managing projects in the telecommunications domain, including core network implementation and billing implementation.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
