You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.Our Team, Your ImpactThe Site Supply Chain Head is responsible for leading and integrating all end-to-end supply chain activities at site level, ensuring reliable product supply, optimal inventory, and cost efficiency in alignment with Teva’s Global SC framework and global supply chain blueprint.The role drives execution excellence across Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics, while ensuring alignment with global processes, digital standards, and compliance requirements.How You’ll Spend Your Day1. End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership (Plan–Make–Deliver Alignment)Lead all site supply chain functions, including:Production planning & schedulingMaterial planning (RM/PM)Procurement & supplier coordination (as applicable)Warehousing & inventory managementDistribution & logisticsEnsure synchronization between demand, supply, and manufacturing capabilitiesAct as the site focal point for GCA governance and global process adherence2. Production & Materials PlanningOwn the site supply plan to meet customer demand and network requirementsEnsure finite production scheduling aligned with capacity, constraints, and prioritiesDrive material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturingLead S&OP / IBP deployment and execution at site level3. Inventory & Working Capital ManagementOptimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goodsBalance service levels, cost, and obsolescence risksDrive continuous improvement of inventory turns and working capital4. Warehousing & Logistics OversightEnsure efficient warehouse operations, including:GMP complianceStorage conditions and material flowAccuracy and traceabilityOversee inbound and outbound logistics performanceEnsure compliance with global trade and transportation standards5. Performance Management & KPIsOwn and drive site supply chain KPIs, including:OTIF (On Time In Full)Service levelInventory metricsPlan adherenceWrite-offs and obsolescenceImplement performance routines and root cause analysisDrive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma principles6. GSC & Blueprint AlignmentEnsure implementation and compliance with Teva’s GSC standards, processes, and digital toolsAct as site process owner for supply chain blueprint processesSupport system implementations (e.g., SAP/APO/IBP) and data accuracy7. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with:Site Operations / ManufacturingQuality & RegulatoryFinanceGlobal and Regional Planning teamsAct as a key member of the site leadership teamSupport strategic decisions, capacity planning, and network optimization8. People LeadershipLead and develop the site supply chain teamBuild capabilities aligned with future-state supply chain skillsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementYour Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing/pharma environmentProven leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain rolesStrong understanding of planning systems (SAP/APO/IBP or similar)Experience in GMP-regulated environmentHow We’ll Take Care of YouAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
