Job Description:

We are hiring a Process Engineer to join our Engineering team in a medical device manufacturing environment with in-house production lines.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise production line performance, ensuring operational stability, quality compliance, and yield targets are consistently achieved
Identify bottlenecks and improve cycle time and capacity
Investigate production malfunctions and field failures
Perform structured root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 whys, etc.)
Implement process changes under controlled engineering change procedures (ECOs)
Support non-conformance handling and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Prepare technical and validation reports (IQ/OQ/OQ)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from a well-known institute.

Job requirements:

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering OR MSc in a relevant field
Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis tools
Strong ability to present technical investigation and process data to cross-functional teams.
Strong project management capabilities
Familiarity with root cause analysis practices
Experience in a regulated environment (medical device/ pharma/ Automotive) - an advantage
Clean room work experience – an advantage
Experience with pneumatic systems/ motion systems/ assembly fixtures – an advantage

Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications, industrial CAD software (SolidWorks)

Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken
