We’re looking for a full-time Salesforce Business Application Manager to join our vibrant Enterprise Sales team in Tel-Aviv.

Salesforce Development and Integration Management:
Implement new processes and functionalities using Salesforce best practices, such as CPQ and integration with external applications.
Resolve errors and bugs in Salesforce Apex code and integrations promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain Salesforce Partner Portals to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Process Optimization and Implementation:
Collaborate with R&D and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and design new processes.
Design and implement streamlined workflows and automation to optimize business processes.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor ongoing performance of Salesforce integrations and processes to ensure reliability and stability.
Proactively identify and address potential issues through continuous monitoring and incident management.
Implement and enforce best practices for system monitoring, documentation, and maintenance.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Apex development and integration.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) - preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations and integration with external systems.
Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.
Familiarity with database design principles and proficiency in managing Salesforce data models.
General Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
