About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. If you're passionate about understanding user behavior, optimizing marketing funnels, and scaling marketing operations, we want to hear from you!

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, this role will take ownership of conversion optimization, sales enablement, and marketing automation - leveraging data-driven insights to drive demand and improve performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on ownership and optimization of the entire user journey - from the first website visit through email campaigns and onboarding flows - turning visitors into customers.
Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, generate high-quality leads, and enhance website performance.
Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to boost growth efforts.
Own the sales enablement process, translating sales needs into effective marketing materials, to support conversion rates.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar role in a SaaS industry – a must.
Proven expertise in HubSpot, including marketing automation, workflows, and CRO strategies.
Strong knowledge of SEO and proficiency with tools like WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
Experience managing vendors, including performance tracking and budget allocation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management and communication skills.
