Elbit Systems C4I is looking for a talented and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our product team.
Lead key product domains in our group and be responsible for delivering impactful solutions that will help us revolutionize the defense tech industry.
Our work involves cutting-edge technologies and algorithms, addressing unique challenges such as autonomous navigation,
mission planning, command & control frameworks, and sensor integration, that will enable us to provide world-class defense tech Products.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to product launch.
Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Prioritize features and innovations with internal and external stakeholders.
Guide top-tier development teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and refine product strategy.
Gather user insights throughout development to ensure usability and performance
Communicate product vision effectively across teams and leadership.

Who you are:

Minimum 6 years of Product Management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills including Algo and Data-science teams
Strong technical background, with a scientific degree or equivalent experience in complex algorithm-based products
A user-centric approach with the ability to blend technical expertise and UX
Detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects in a highly fluid work environment
Experience in multi-disciplinary systems that integrate software with platforms and sensors
