We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our initiatives aimed at transforming how organizations manage their services. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of modern enterprises.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with our mission to empower organizations, focusing on using AI to enhance service management across multiple departments.
Research the market to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that will inform our product direction and positioning.
Lead a squad of developers and designers to create superior user experience and maximize the value for our customers.
Work closely with, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our solutions meet the diverse needs of our users.
Champion a user-centric approach by gathering feedback and insights, ensuring our products are intuitive, effective, and impactful.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

You have a solid background of 5+ years in Product Management, particularly within the SaaS industry excel at analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive product enhancements.
You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives with ease.
Your excellent communication skills allow you to articulate product vision and strategy clearly to diverse audiences.
You’re a creative thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the marketplace.
BSc/BA degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience with AI products or familiarity with Service Management platforms - an advantage
