Digital Transformation Assistant

We are seeking a young and dynamic Digital Transformation Assistant for CRM/PLM/ERP systems to join our digitalization team and contribute to the successful implementation of new information systems by: Supporting the implementation of new processes in information systems. Performing documentation activities. Preparing and arrange user training sessions, incl. preparation of training materials. Supporting and system and integration tests. Collaborating with key users of different roles to define business requirements into system configurations and coordinate with IT and solutions architects. Supporting data migration and data cleansing tasks. Providing administrative assistance for project-related tasks, such as scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining project documentation. Handling additional tasks related to system implementation, as required. Job location: Zichron Yaakov B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems, or any other related field or equivalent experience experience with IT information systems - advantage Basic understanding of engineering, product data, or change-management processes - advantageStrong analytical skills Fluent English (writing and speaking) German (writing and speaking) – required High attention to details, while maintaining a broad strategic perspective Quick learner with strong comprehensive skills Excellent interpersonal skills
