Job Summary/Goals:

Supporting local FM with managing all aspects of HVAC services. The jobholder will be supporting the HVAC systems Including repair, design and monitoring of HVAC systems for CSR.

HVAC Technician will be measured by contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Individual must have advanced knowledge and previous experience with HVAC systems, chillers, chilled water, plumbing systems, Must be fluent in the application of structured problem solving principles and apply in the resolution of complex facilities.

The jobholder must assist FM Lead in the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the Facilities team (e.g. service providers, contractors, etc) to achieve the goals.
In addition to perform preventive maintenance systems in sites the HVAC technician will have experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment with attention to detail, high sense of urgency and the drive for results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, pumps, fans, air handler units, heating units, and refrigeration equipment
Main focus and knowledge is required in fluid systems – drinking water, sewage, and recycled water
The technician will have vast knowledge in Pumps – fire protection, dipped and dossing
The jobholder should have knowledge in level control, flow control and the related sensors for them
Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and Safety guidelines
Gain the high level of Client’s and customers’ satisfaction proved with the results of respective surveys
Provide High Electrical & HVAC systems Including building maintenance service level successful preventive and corrective maintenance, cost reduction initiatives
From interpreting blueprints, manufactures’ instructions and written or verbal instructions, determining the sequence of operations required to maintain, repair and adjust air condition and refrigeration equipment
Performing periodic or special preventive maintenance inspections to ascertain the general condition of the equipment and making recommendations for repairs as necessary to keep the equipment in good operating condition

Additional Duties And Responsibilities:
Assisting in the installation of new air conditioning systems; including installation of Ducts, piping, various air conditioning units and related equipment.
Provide technical support and root cause analyses on all corrective maintenance and HVAC Project commissioning/integration activities in remote sites
Assist with preparing, maintaining and submitting reports and records to the Client and IFM team
Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectations.
Attend staff conferences and trainings
24 hours 7 days a week on call to resolve emergencies as fast as possible in a professional way

Skills:
Have experience in a similar role and with relevant qualifications
Highly organized
Excellent Problem solving skills
Very good English language both speaking and writing
