תיאור משרה:

אחריות מקצה-לקצה על איכות חומרי הגלם במפעל המתכת – החל מביקורת קבלה, דרך תפעול המעבדה והספקים, ועד הובלת שיפור מתמיד וקשר שוטף עם רצפת הייצור.

תיאור התפקיד:

אחריות מלאה על איכות חומרי הגלם מקצה לקצה- משלב הספק והלוגיסטיקה ועד קליטה במפעל.
קשר עם ספקי חומ"ג- טיפול בבעיות איכות, למידות, ותקשורת רציפה מולם.
תחקור וטיפול בבעיות שינוע ואחסון מול לוגיסטיקה, כולל הטמעת לקחים ושיפור תהליכים.
ביצוע וניהול ביקורת קבלה בחומ"ג- בדיקות, קליטות, התאמת תעודות ושחרור ארגזים.
תפעול בסיסי של המעבדה האנליטית- כיולים ותקינות בדיקות נדרשות.
ליווי מבדקי איכות בתחום חומ"ג והיערכות להיבטי תיעוד, מפרטים ושיטות בדיקה.
מעקב אחר אי-התאמות ופעולות מתקנות במערכות האיכות והצגת מגמות KPI רלוונטיות.

מהנדס/ת או הנדסאי/ת כימיה/חומרים- חובה
שנה- שנתיים ניסיון בתחום- יתרון
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור)- חובה
ניסיון בעמידה מול קהל והדרכות
עמידה בלחצים ובקצב עבודה אינטנסיבי, עבודה מסודרת ושיטתית , אסרטיביות ויכולת הנעה
יכולת עבודה בסביבה מרובת ממשקים ומשימות

Responsibilities (English):

Full end-to-end responsibility for the quality of raw materials in the metal plant – from incoming inspection, through lab operations and supplier management, to driving continuous improvement and maintaining ongoing communication with the production floor.

Job Description:

Full end-to-end responsibility for raw material quality – from supplier and logistics stages through receipt at the plant.

Manage relationships with raw material suppliers, including handling quality issues, conducting lessons learned, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Investigate and resolve storage and transportation issues together with the Logistics team, including implementing lessons learned and process improvements.

Perform and manage incoming quality inspections for raw materials, including testing, receiving goods, verifying documentation, and releasing inventory.

Perform basic operation of the analytical laboratory, including calibrations and ensuring the validity of required tests.

Support raw material quality audits, including preparation for documentation, specifications, and testing methods.

Monitor non-conformances and corrective actions within quality systems, and present relevant KPI trends.

Qualifications (English):

Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering (Engineer or Practical Engineer) – required

1–2 years of experience in the field – advantage

High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required

Experience in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; organized, methodical, assertive, and able to drive processes

Ability to work in a multi-interface, multi-task environment
