Enterprise Solutions Group Manager

As an Enterprise Solutions Group Manager at Gong, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between go-to-market (GTM) teams, R&D, and product groups. You will own the intake process, oversee commitments, and ensure seamless coordination of customer-focused projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments.

As an Enterprise Solutions Group Manager, you will:

Own the intake process in collaboration with the Enterprise Solutions group, with Field Engineers assisting in scoping and providing technical details as needed, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
Take ownership of commitments on behalf of R&D, either by utilizing Enterprise Solutions resources or by coordinating work within product-specific groups.
Manage the Enterprise Solutions budget, providing recommendations for new projects while maintaining an understanding of current capacity.
Serve as the point of contact (POC) for all customer commitment projects, including both those driven by Enterprise Solutions and those executed by R&D.
Ensure ongoing product updates for customers (potentially through Customer Success Managers), setting expectations and maintaining transparency.
Directly manage work performed by Engineering Services (outside of product groups), ensuring both technical and project success.
Ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery of all requests.

You should apply if you have:

Proven experience in enterprise solutions management or a related field.
Strong background in engineering R&D
Ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experienced in working closely with go to market.
