Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Product Marketing professional, reporting directly to the SVP BD & Marketing, to join our journey to revolutionize cancer diagnosis with AI. Lead, develop and execute product launch plans that encompass go-to-market strategy including product positioning, customer segmentation, sales enablement, and product promotion and messaging that differentiates Ibex from its competitors.
Lead competitive market analysis and research, understanding trends and the market landscape and sharing insights regularly with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Executive Leadership.
Develop and articulate product marketing strategy with the product management team, producing best-in-class product communications and marketing campaigns that drive adoption.
Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and clinical/scientific to identify and collect evidence to support our value proposition.
Develop sales enablement collateral that includes presentations, FAQs, brochures, video testimonials, online content, competitive battle cards, and sales training material.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, such as product, engineering, clinical, sales, customer success, marketing and executive leadership that deepen our relationships with partners and customers.
Work with the company’s sales team, industry partners and customers and drive joint-marketing activities.
At least 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in a Product Marketing position in a health-tech, medical device, biotech or pharma company, preferably in a B2B setting.
Bachelor’s degree or more in marketing/business or life sciences – MBA desirable
Mother tongue level proficiency in English, strong communication and writing skills
Experience in a start-up environment - preferred
A self-starter with positive and can-do personality
Strong track record in establishing solid business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Possesses unique blend of business, application, and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
Occasional travel is expected as part of the position
