About the role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will join our R&D team and take part in developing our life-saving Real-Time communication platform that supports national emergency services all over the world. As a QA Engineer at Carbyne, you will test platforms like Mobile (iOS and Android), Command & Control systems, Real-time communication network protocols, and various Web & desktop applications.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in manual testing.
Work experience in companies with complex system infrastructure.
Knowledge of STP, STD, and STR document creation.
Understanding of QA methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL usage.
Familiarity with Client-Server topology.
Experience in working with debugging tools.
Curiosity and attention to details.
Excellent team player on one hand and a self-motivator on the other.
Willing to work under pressure and overtime hours when required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work closely with the US team.

Bonus points for:

Knowledge of mobile paradigms and technologies (iOS and Android).
White Box testing experience.
Knowledge of network protocols.
