We are seeking an Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and HR needs.

Main Responsibilities:
Operations:
Day to Day office administration including shopping for supplies, running errands (i.e. post office),
scheduling fixes, ensuring a pleasant and inviting overall appearance etc.
Scheduling and managing office providers such as cleaners, insurance, annual check ups
(security and fire) and more.
Reporting to Finance expenses in an orderly fashion.
Scheduling appointments, flights etc. upon need.
Ordering merch, presents etc.
Admin assistance for executive management when needed (e.g. phone plans, expense reports).
Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and services
HR & Welfare :
Act as the right hand of Head of HR
Assist with employee's life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding (forms, connection to Insurance
agents, ordering food cards, setting up credentials for time reporting system and parking,
welcome package (instructions, merch, keys to office etc.)).
Organization and execution of company events, toasts, B-days, special occasions etc.
Ordering gifts for holidays, birthdays and celebrations to Employees and Suppliers.
Assist with any other HR related tasks as decided from time to time and simply make sure our
employees are happy and satisfied :)
Scope: 50% position @ office located in Lev Ha’Aretz industrial Park for 4-6 months
Flexible hours optional

Requirements
Good conversational and written English - an absolute MUST
Superb organizational skills alongside positive and friendly "can do" energy
Team player with an approachable and service-oriented attitude
Proactive and with a high ability to learn independently
Ability to solve problems independently
One year of experience as an office / administration manager - an advantage.
Work experience at a global company or start-up - an advantage
Control of a variety of MS Office applications (EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint) - required
Control of Google applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.
Proactive and with a high ability to learn independently
Mobility to office - a MUST
Sense of humor - a huge advantage!
