DevOps Team Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer

DevOps Team Lead • 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience • 3+ years managing a DevOps team • Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments • Strong experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Proven experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines • Experience owning production reliability end-to-end - observability, incident response, and on- call *********** Senior DevOps Engineer 5+ years of professional DevOps / Infrastructure experience, in high-scale cloud services or SaaS products. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to collaboration and a team-player attitude. Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS), including networking, IAM, and managed services at scale. Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi, Terraform, or similar) in production environments.

Production experience with Kubernetes and modern container-based delivery. Solid experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or equivalent). Strong scripting and/or development skills, with the ability to read, write, and review production code. DevOps Team Lead 6+ years of experience in DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure in production (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Must. Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems – Must. Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (or other orchestrators) – Must. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) – Must.

AI-first engineering mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day engineering workflows – Must. Proven track record leading and mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines and release processes. Knowledge of monitoring & logging solutions and operating at scale in production. Strong networking fundamentals (Load Balancing, Protocols).

Multi DB expertise (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) – Advantage. Experience with NodeJS or other backend technologies – Advantage.
