Jr. Software Engineer (Full-Stack / AI)

We’re a funded, stealth-mode startup building technology that brings clarity to the world’s largest and most complex construction projects.

We work on messy, high-stakes, real-world problems — the kind that involve ambiguity, scale, operational complexity, and huge amounts of fragmented information. A big part of our approach is agentic AI: building systems that don’t just generate text, but help drive workflows, business logic, decisions, and execution.

We’re looking for our third engineer.

What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with the founders and a tiny engineering team to build core product and infrastructure from the ground up - being close to the product, close to users, close to decisions, and close to the actual machinery of building a company

That means things like:

* building pipelines and internal tooling from the ground up
* building product workflows and frontend experiences in React / TypeScript
* designing and implementing backend systems and APIs
* working with databases, algorithms, and system design
* shipping to production and improving reliability
* contributing to AWS / Kubernetes / CI/CD / engineering infrastructure
* helping build production- grade agentic AI systems

You’ll work across whatever matters. Some weeks you may spend more time on product UX.
Other weeks you may be deep in backend logic, orchestration, deployment, or performance.

* BSc in Computer Science, or equivalent education from a top-tier university.
* 0-2 years’ experience in software development (student roles count).
* Full stack, including significant front-end orientation.
* Bonus points: Geospatial, Design background, AI pipelines, Agentic AI, Construction
