The BI & Analytics team uses advanced analytics to understand how users interact with our products. Our B2B Customers have over 200 million users a month, and we collect over 400 million events a day! We leverage cutting-edge technology to process, store, and query the data.

We are seeking motivated, high impact BI & Analytics Lead to join us!

What Will You Do?

Inspire, lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of your team.
Hands-on management approach.
Communicate vision and insights in a way that resonates with partners and executive leadership — and turn theory into action.
Define and measure Key Performance Indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business gaps and suggest solutions that impact business KPIs.
Perform deep analysis and forecasting that affect company decisions.
Lead the experimentation culture of the product and company.
Drive the design, building, and launching of the next generation of the BI approach.
Manage the delivery of high-impact dashboards and data visualizations.

Requirements:

What Will You Need?

BA / BS in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or a similar background
7+ Years Experience as a data/product/business analyst
3+ Years of experience leading a high-performing data analysis team
Experience in multiple fields (Product, Sales, CS)
Experience in data engineering and architecture
Ability to see the “big picture” and prioritize among many requests
Business orientation and ability to well communicate with both business and technical counterparts
Fully proficient in SQL, querying large and complex data sets, with high-level analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with BI tools (Qlik/Tableau/Looker/PowerBI/Sisense)
Communication and leadership experience, with experience in initiating and driving projects
Experience designing and running AB testing on a large scale in production
