As a member of our Innovation Group, you will be at the forefront of our product development. Your mission will be to define and build new AI platforms and products for our world-leading Threat Intelligence Platform.

You will be responsible for:

Innovating and ideation: Working at the intersection of AI, threat intelligence, and engineering, you will identify opportunities to build products using technologies that leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.
Defining and Designing: You will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to detailed technical design. This includes architecting scalable and intelligent systems that can process vast amounts of data to provide actionable insights.
Building and Deploying: You will be a hands-on contributor, building and deploying the core of our new AI platforms. You will work with a team of experts to bring these new capabilities to life.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend development for a product-driven company.
Deep expertise in AI-native development, with a proven track record of architecting, building, and shipping AI-powered features. Experience with LLM evaluation, LangChain, LangGraph, observability tools (Langfuse, Arize AI, etc.), and frameworks (vllm, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a significant advantage.
Strong backend systems experience, including building and deploying services with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS).
Mastery of large-scale, event-driven systems and RAG pipelines, including prompt engineering, chunking strategies, and re-ranking.
Experience with a variety of data stores, such as Elasticsearch, SQL, MongoDB, and high-performance vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Supabase).
A strong DevOps mindset, with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu/Cloud Formation) and GitOps (ArgoCD).
Familiarity with system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
Technical leadership skills, with a history of mentoring engineers, leading projects, and influencing technical direction.
