Junior Software Consultant

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and solution-oriented Junior Service Software Consultant to join our Service team in Raanana and grow in the tech industry while delivering impactful software solutions to international clients, with a focus on the Israeli market.

Role Description & Responsibilities

As a Junior Service Software Consultant, you will play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions tailored to client needs. Working closely with customers and internal teams, your responsibilities will include:

Configuring software solutions, including process authoring, development, and testing of customized extensions
Integrating external systems through interface configuration
Supporting testing, go-live, and post go-live phases of projects
Collaborating with Solution Architects to create functional/technical designs and documentation
Understanding customer business requirements, scenarios, and user experience needs
Translating software specifications into detailed technical documents
Estimating effort (man-days), managing activities to meet deadlines, and reporting progress to software architects
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within project delivery, preferably in services or consulting
Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes is a plus
Strong communication skills and a quick learner
Basic knowledge in: VB6, VB.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET
Experience or knowledge in SQL, Oracle, HTML, CAD will be considered a plus
Fluent in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
