About Us:

At Casual Friday, we create "Moonsters" - a competitive bubble-blasting PvP mobile game where players battle across an imaginative galaxy. We're seeking a talented Frontend Developer to build and maintain our BackOffice platform.

Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to create and maintain our game BackOffice platform. You'll be building powerful interfaces that enable our LiveOps team to control game configurations in real-time, manage content updates, handle player support, and run live events. You'll work with modern development tools, including generative AI, to enhance our development workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Build robust interfaces for real-time game configuration management (booster stats, game rules, matchmaking parameters)
Develop LiveOps control panels for managing in-game events, special offers, and seasonal content
Create tools for content deployment and version control of game assets
Implement player support interfaces for customer service and community management
Design interfaces for managing in-game economy (virtual currencies, item shops, reward systems)
Build moderation tools for player communication and user-generated content
Create interfaces for A/B test configuration

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in React.js and component architecture
Expert knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, MobX, Zustand, or similar)
Experience with data fetching and caching (RTK Query, React Query, or similar)
Experience with Material-UI (MUI) for consistent UI implementation
Experience with client-side routing (React Router, TanStack Router, or similar)
Knowledge of versioning and configuration management patterns

Experience & Professional Requirements:

5+ years of experience in frontend development with React
Strong understanding of LiveOps needs and configuration requirements
Excellence in building intuitive interfaces for complex operations
Experience writing technical documentation for operations tools
Ability to collaborate with game designers and operations teams
Strong problem-solving abilities in production environments
Understanding of configuration management and version control concepts

Nice to Have:

Experience in gaming industry BackOffice systems
Knowledge of game configuration management systems
Experience with role-based access control systems
Knowledge of audit logging and change tracking patterns
Experience with WebSocket implementation for real-time features
