Team8 Cyber startup- Product Designer (Mid-Senior / Senior)

We’re growing and looking for a hands-on Product Designer to take ownership of product experiences end to end. We're is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building scalable, user-first products for global customers.

What You’ll Do

Own and drive product design end to end, from user flows and high-fidelity UI to development-ready designs, reusable components, and contributions to the design system
Turn complex product and technical challenges into simple, intuitive user experiences
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Iterate quickly based on feedback from users, data, and internal teams
Influence product decisions through strong design thinking and user advocacy

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (Mid-Senior to Senior)
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for web or SaaS products
High proficiency with Figma
Product mindset, high ownership, and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with B2B, cybersecurity, or complex systems
