About The Position

Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Planner to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure on-time delivery, material availability, and efficient execution of production plans.

Responsibilities-

Build and manage production plans and schedules
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery
Analyze MRP and manage material availability
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams
Support ECO/EO implementation and maintain work orders
Prepare operational reports and KPIs
Identify and resolve supply and production constraints
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field – an advantage
Hands-on experience with MRP analysis
Experience in Electronics, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Industrial Manufacturing
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Experience managing large volumes of SKUs
Experience with Priority ERP, MES, or Agile PLM- Advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
