About The PositionElmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.We are looking for an enthusiastic Practical Electronics Engineer to join our team!The POD Engineer is responsible for performing hands-on verification tests of newly developed electronic hardware, including electrical, environmental, and mechanical tests, to ensure product reliability and compliance with standards.Perform hands-on verification testing of newly developed electronic hardware (electrical, thermal, environmental, vibration)Define and set up test jigs, cable kits, and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs)Collaborate with hardware design engineers during development and validation phasesApprove product readiness based on successful test resultsPerform basic soldering and wiring for testing purposesCreate and maintain clear, well-organized test documentation in EnglishInterpret technical drawings and develop corresponding test plansSupport continuous improvement of testing tools and methodologiesRequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or Practical Engineer diploma in ElectronicsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics testingProficiency with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, environmental chambers)Experience with test jigs, fixtures, and cable assembliesBasic knowledge of OrCAD or similar schematic softwareUnderstanding of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)Familiarity with analog and digital electronic components (experience is a significant advantage)Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of testing processesPrior experience in development or quality assurance environments preferredExperience interpreting engineering drawings and maintaining test documentationHigh-level proficiency in Hebrew and EnglishProactive, hands-on approach to problem-solvingGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a teamSelf-motivated and eager to learn and grow professionally
