Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team at Panaya.

What You’ll Do

Be a true storyteller grounded in real customer pains, crafting narratives into tangible, engaging offerings.
Partner with Product on roadmap/strategy and translate releases into clear GTMs & Be the voice of the product: build effective value propositions, turning features into benefits, and benefits into reasons people care.
Outcome-led collaboration: orchestrate with Product, Sales, and CS on GTM focus and enablement that produce tangible pipeline impact and adoption gains.
Own content creation: think webinars, product videos, one-pagers, decks, Blogs, case studies, keynotes, eBooks, Data sheets and more.
Stay curious: continuously learn the product, the competition, the market, and our audience to keep messaging sharp and relevant. Run constant market & competitor research and propose counter-moves.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS B2B .
Proven experience crafting a brand story and translating it into clear positioning, GTM plans, and campaign messaging.
A self-driven, proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Exceptional communication skills: communicates complex ideas in writing and in the room, clear and confident.
AI curiosity and skills: you know how to use AI tools to boost creativity, productivity, and insights across your work (think: research, copy, content creation, and analysis).
Experience in the SAP/ ERP industry: strong advantage.
