Senior Software Engineer (BigBrain)

monday.com is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive the company’s growth using deep business understanding, technological tools and data insights to empower monday’s internal teams. You’ll join our Big Brain Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

In monday.com every decision we make is based on data. We measure everything: every visit, every click, every call, every mention, every failure and every success. We collect a lot of data, but for data to be useful it needs to be analyzed and made accessible - that’s why we built BigBrain

About The Role
Work in a fast-paced environment with a small team of experienced (and super cool) developers
Develop groundbreaking features all the way from UI to database
Collaborate cross-departmentally with data scientists, the Marketing Team and Customer Success
Our Stack- React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

Your Experience & Skills
Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
Experience with big data.
Experience building a web application from scratch.
Team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
A quick learner and initiative-taker.
Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
