We are looking for a Corporate FP&A and Business Partner to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role will partner with business units to provide financial insights, optimize performance, and support executive leadership with impactful reporting.

As a Cognyter you will:

Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to business units, translating data into strategic recommendations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial metrics, and deliver insights.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports for leadership, including board and investor presentations.
Process Improvement: Streamline FP&A processes, enhance automation, and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need:

4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in technology, cybersecurity, or a high-growth environment.
BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with expertise in Excel. Experience with Tableau, Hyperion, or PowerPoint is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills to influence decision-making.
Adaptable, curious, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
Fluent in written and spoken English
