We’re looking for a senior talent acquisition to join us for a 1-year maternity leave cover, with full ownership of the hiring process and plenty of room to make your mark.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in tech recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring senior tech personnel.
Experience sourcing and assessing backend/frontend/devops/data candidates.
Passion for relationship-based recruiting and long-term talent mapping.
Deep understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem and strong instincts for identifying top talent.
A proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.
