We are looking for a Quality and Reliability Engineer to join our Quality & Reliability team.

PDC quality assurance team responsible for turning our products quality into a competitive advantage.

What you'll be doing:

Lead proactive data analyses, identifying repetitive failures at PDC manufacturing and field.

Repetitive failures rout cause analysis failure analysis

Promote design and supply chain improvements.

PDC Focal for customer quality related escalations.

Effectively Collaborate with multiple PDC teams achieving the above

Travel ~20%

What should you have?

Technical education – B.Sc.in mechanics or electronics – Must

Proven technical skills and experience in multi-disciplinary industry - Must

Assertive / highly motivated / self-driven person

Ability and experience in matrix organization - “Influence without authority”

Data analysis skills, with attention to details

Ability to conclude and define improvement recommendations.

Quality standards and methodology basics

Good level of English (verbal, write & read)
