Job TitleOrder Desk Operational Admin StudentJob DescriptionOrder Desk Operational Admin StudentServe Philips customers in the best way possible by meeting the committed delivery schedule, delivering quality full orders and providing accurate and timely service according to customer's needs and order desk KPI's.Your role:- Managing and processing backlog and orders changes on time- Creating license keys- PO's creation- Performing other relevant tasks according to supply chain and order desk needsYou're the right fit if:Minimum:- B.Sc. student for Industrial Engineering and\ or equivalent degree- Good level of English- At least 3 semesters left before graduation- Availability to work at least 18 hours per week ( 2 days a week, not including Fridays)- Customer-oriented approach- Excellent communication skillsAdvantage:- Experience in SAPAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
