The role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, working closely with various stakeholders across regions and departments. What You’ll Do

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in building annual budgets and rolling forecasts; support scenario planning and long-term models.
Financial Analysis: Perform BVA analysis, provide actionable insights to management.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Operations, and R&D to track performance and optimize financial decision-making.
Management Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with KPIs and dashboards.
Cost Monitoring: Support profitability analysis, pricing models, and operational cost reviews.
Process Optimization: Help enhance FP&A tools and automate recurring reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or relevant financial analysis role.
Education: BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CPA is a plus but not required).
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (Finance module preferred).
Soft Skills: High communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Global Perspective: Fluent English and the ability to operate in an international setting.
