*Job Summary*

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our Business Development department. You will be an integral part of the execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts. Our products are sold on numerous websites.

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintenance of our Websites, Social Media for all products. You will work with both the Sales and Operations Departments to create innovative marketing solutions as additional products are developed and new vendors are added. You must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and be capable of effective problem-solving. Must be a "Make-It-Happen" individual. And most importantly you must be able to make and meet deadlines.

The right candidate will maintain open, efficient communication between the Sales, Engineering, and Operations departments and have the ability to work independently while providing updates. We are looking for someone who won't let any obstacle stand in the way.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies undertaken individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software Well-organized and detail oriented
