Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale global campaigns that build pipeline, elevate brand visibility, and create lasting market impact. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who blends deep demand generation expertise with bold creative instincts.
You will lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, paid media, ABM, and content — while also driving breakthrough creative campaigns that increase awareness and engagement in a competitive category.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, paid, email, social, and ABM to drive pipeline, engagement, and brand lift.
Creative Brand-Led Growth
Develop and lead unconventional brand experiments and high-impact creative campaigns that generate awareness, differentiation, and earned attention.
Digital & Web Optimization
Own paid search, paid social, SEO, and web conversion strategy, collaborating with content and product marketing teams to drive qualified traffic and optimize performance.
Funnel Performance & Analytics
Measure campaign effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing contribution to pipeline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with teams across the organization to create ideas that lead to noteworthy campaigns.
Budget & Team Management
Manage an in-house team and marketing spend across digital channels and oversee relationships with agencies.
Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or digital marketing — ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
Proven success in building integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
Deep understanding of marketing & sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc).
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, funnel dynamics, and marketing attribution.
Demonstrated ability to balance analytical rigor with creative thinking.
A track record of creative experimentation in campaign planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to apply practical AI usage and emerging technologies to enhance campaign efficiency, content production and improve daily productivity.
Strong experience managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing talent
