What you'll be doing:
Commitment: This is a part-time contract role requiring 20 hours per week.

Write email sequences, push notifications, web banners, in-app pop-ups, and social posts.

Support the retention team by writing lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and winback flows.

Develop promotional campaigns for sales and product announcements.

Create personalized messaging based on audience behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement level.

Continuously refine messaging based on performance data.

Maintain consistent brand voice across Purple Garden and Kasamba platforms.

Adapt tone and messaging based on audience segments and campaign goals.

Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with graphic designers to copy edit and fine-tune final products.

Turn copy briefs into clear, relevant messages that fulfill the client's request.

Work closely with retention managers and our creative team to develop and optimize messaging.

Manage multiple projects at once with sharp attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality.

Ensure every deliverable reflects our brand voice, tone, and messaging standards, maintaining consistency and excellence across all projects.

What you'll need to be successful:

Persuasive copy skills that attract, engage, and inspire action without being sales-y.

An authentic style that captures our brand voice in a natural human way.

Understanding of customer lifecycles and writing for targeted audiences.

A strong understanding of the latest marketing strategies and the ability to write persuasive copy that motivates readers to take action.

Experience writing copy for American audiences.

Familiarity with lifestyle, wellness, spirituality, or similar topics.

Familiarity with marketplace apps and websites.
