The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for YouAppi's platform and product suite. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for advertisers, agencies, and publishers.

What You'll Do

Positioning & Messaging: Develop core product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for YouAppi's platform across mobile UA, retargeting, and CTV.
Go-to-Market: Lead GTM planning for new product launches and feature releases — coordinating with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure smooth, well-timed rollouts.
Sales Enablement: Build sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards) that helps the sales team close deals faster and articulate differentiation vs. competitors.
Content & Thought Leadership: Drive creation of whitepapers, blog content, webinars, and industry reports that establish YouAppi as a thought leader in mobile app growth and programmatic advertising.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to continuously sharpen positioning and identify whitespace opportunities.Own ongoing competitive analysis across key players in mobile UA, programmatic, and CTV, tracking positioning, pricing, product releases, and market share shifts. Maintain up-to-date battlecards and brief Sales and Leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
Marketing Support: Support the broader marketing team across global events, content creation, case studies, sales documentation, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure messaging stays consistent and sharp across every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within ad-tech, mobile marketing, martech, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem: programmatic advertising, user acquisition, retargeting, mobile attribution/MMPs, and CTV
Prior experience at a mobile ad-tech company, DSP, SSP, or app growth platform
Proven track record of developing positioning/messaging that has driven measurable business impact (pipeline, win rates, sales velocity).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Experience creating sales enablement materials and working directly with sales teams in a B2B environment.
Comfortable working with data: able to translate product/technical specs and performance metrics into customer-facing narratives.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization with minimal hand-holding.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and design tools (Figma, Canva).
Experience marketing to both brand advertisers and performance marketers.
