We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our finance team. This role supports business development initiatives for our Partners by identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with institutional clients across the venture capital, private equity, alternative investment, and banking sectors. The position involves working with stakeholders in Israel, Europe, the UAE, and the United States, and offers exposure to global financial markets, senior decision-makers, and international conferences.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Source, qualify, and engage potential clients on a global scale
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, funds, and financial institutions
Manage conference sponsorships, including event planning, marketing initiatives, and social media coordination
Represent the firm at international conferences and industry events across Europe, the U.S., and the UAE
Support outreach and marketing efforts to promote services to prospective and existing clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing Israeli client base, including client communications, holiday gifting, and promotional initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Proven background in finance, investor relations, law, or a business development–focused role within a financial or professional services environment- minimum 1-2 years
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment structures, or financial services
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
Ability to operate independently in an international setting (fluent English)
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
