Identifying, defining and implementing strategic choices for changing or improving the direction of Finance
Helping our clients apply advanced data science to derive high impact insights from their data to drive top and bottom line growth
Designing modernized operating models with the necessary foundational processes to allow businesses to focus on their strategic competencies and thrive
Serving CFO’s and their staff by improving finance business partnering & process transformation, FP&A, enterprise performance management, costing & profitability, and advanced statistical forecasting through implementing associated technologies and asset based solutions
Focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Close Consolidate and Report
Advising and supporting clients with merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity, with a specialized focus on supporting the CFO throughout the entire M&A lifecycle
Work you'll do

Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience; Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems; Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients

We are looking for someone with

Ability to analyse a client’s need(s) around finance & performance solutions and recognize key points for integration and/or improvement
Ability to build solid foundations of a business case for revamping the finance function in alignment with client's business agenda and strategic drivers
Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, related disciplines
3 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on
Finance Transformation – Finance Strategy; Finance Operating Model; Performance Management; Shared Service Center; Solution; Management Accounting, etc.
Solid project delivery experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility in a timely manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
Outgoing character
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory
