Your Role:

Are you a seasoned Admin with a passion for Marketing and a keen interest in the cosmetics and luxury brand management sector ?

As an Admin and Order Processing person, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, production, and project management of Labels within the beauty and luxury FMCG segments.

The role will require a very strong sense of detail, and hability to process a large number of Orders per day.

You will be expected to demonstrate a strong sense of detail focus, with an hability in working fast while effectively managing quality control to ensure seamless project delivery.

Your job is based on these main missions:

. Taking orders and placing orders (purchasing management)

. Data Analysis and Reporting

. Quality of product checking

- Autonomous and working under timelines pressure

What you need to carry out the mission :

- Langages : Hebrew and English required

- Excel/Word/Powerpoint hability
